Cut 2 medium tomatoes into ½ inch cubes.  Heat a tablespoon or so of extra virgin olive oil in pan over moderate heat.  Add tomatoes and 4 tablespoons of SILA Weight Control.  Simmer 5 minutes and serve warm.  Optional:  add chicken or meat for extra protein and a heartier stew.
